About the position As a customer support employee, you will be a key person in providing our business customers with the best possible service. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, where you will assist with transport bookings, general inquiries about our partners' warehousing, and preparations for inventories. To deliver the best service, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the warehouse, account managers, and operations managers.

About the company

Shelfless Sweden is a third-party logistics company (3PL), which means we manage the entire logistics flow for our customers. Our customer base primarily consists of e-commerce companies, which places high demands on our service and flexibility. We always put the customer first and live by the motto: We love our customers!

About you We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to service and who always strives to help customers in the best way possible. To succeed in the role, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and structured. You have good computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems quickly. It is also important that you enjoy having phone contact and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for a positive and flexible employee who is not afraid of change and enjoys challenges.

We would like you to have:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer contact

- Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics

- Preferable if you have worked with the Zendesk system

- Preferable if you have experience in freight, hazardous goods, or relevant education in the field

Practical information The position is a permanent employment at 100% with an initial probationary period. The position is based at our site in Habo, and working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, 08-17. Start date is according to agreement.
